Natural Family Planning

All classes are held on Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Please allot 2 hours for the class, plus travel time.

A $15 fee per couple, payable to the FAMILY LIFE OFFICE,should accompany this form.
Please detach and mail bottom portion of form with payment
Refunds will only be made with your pastor’s approval.
If you fail to attend the class you scheduled, you will have to re-register and re-pay.
Classes begin at 10 a.m. and run two hours, if you are late, you will be asked to re-register.
Register early, 3 to 4 months prior to your wedding date is recommended. With the exception of the spring months, classes are not limited in size. Therefore, whatever class you sign up for, you will receive. If the class is full, you will be notified.
Call the Family Life Office, not the facility, for information. The office is open from 9-2:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday—e-mail works best (veola.burchett@dioslc.org)

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH

I-15 to Exit Draper/Riverton 12300 South. Head East (towards mountains) to Outlet Mall Road . Turn left on Outlet Mall Road and follow this road to 11800 South and turn right. At approximately 300 East, you will see St. John the Baptist Church to your right. The parking lot for the Church is on the east side of the Church, please park there. Enter through the glass doors on your left. Watch for “NFP” signs directing you to the room.

St. John the Baptist is part of the Skaggs Catholic Center complex. The complex consists of two schools and is very large. However, the Church looks like a Church. The building sits the most north of any building in the complex, and has a large cross atop it. By parking on the east side of the church you will be able to walk right into the classroom through the glass doors.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO ST. JAMES, OGDEN

FROM NORTH OF OGDEN : Take I-15 to the 12 th Street exit. Head east to Harrison Blvd. Turn left and continue to 495 North, road will narrow to one lane. Church is on the west side of the road. Class will be in the basement of the building that is on higher ground. You can enter through the basement doors on the west side of the building.

FROM SOUTH OF OGDEN : Take I-15 North to the H-89 South Ogden Exit (the one just past Lagoon). Follow H-89 for approximately 11 miles to Harrison Blvd. Turn Right onto Harrison . Stay on Harrison Blvd until you reach St. James at 495 North Harrison . Road will narrow to one lane. Church is on the west side of the road. Class will be in the basement of the building that is on higher ground. You can enter through the basement doors on the west side of the building.
