taught to make precise observations of changes in vaginal discharge that
occur each day, that come from menstrual bleeding and from cervical fluid
(cervical mucus). You can learn to interpret these changes to reliably identify
when and whether you are ovulating, days when you are potentially fertile,
days when you are not fertile, and whether or not your reproductive organs
are functioning normally.
