The CrMS introductory session is a group session. After that, follow-up sessions are conducted on an individual basis between the FertilityCare Practitioner and the woman or couple.
Follow-up sessions are used to help you optimize your use of the CrMS, tailored to your own specific situation. We generally recommend a schedule of 5 learning follow-up sessions over the first 3 months, with 3 maintenance follow-up sessions over the next 9 months.
After that, follow-up sessions should be conducted as needed. For example, women that have changes in their reproductive status such as breastfeeding or approaching menopause should have follow-up sessions to optimize their use of the CrMS in their new status.
